This year the Cognitive Science Center Amsterdam is proud to present the Amsterdam Brain and Cognition Journal (ABC Journal). The academic year of 2011/2012 will see the first edition of this journal produced by students- for students and will highlight the high quality research of Master students of the Master in Brain and Cognitive Sciences (MBCS) programme of the University of Amsterdam.

Master students can submit research papers containing work from either their first or second research project. Manuscripts will undergo a professional review process, after which the best manuscripts will be selected by the editorial board to be published in full length. To provide an overview of research conducted by all Master students, every submitted manuscript will be included in the journal as an abstract.

Manuscripts for the pilot issue released in spring 2012 must be submitted before the 1st of February, 2012.
